• Support local and remote users at various locations - Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk
• Experience resolving complex Technical issues and demonstrating excellent judgment skills when to escalate issues.
• Experience supporting SAP users.
• Experience working independently and in a team environment and the ability to share and learn from best practices and documented solutions.
